hi, i'm mel. i'm on a weight loss journey.
my starting weight was 176 pounds, and my goal weight is 116. i am more than halfway there.

I weighed myself this morning for the first time since maybe mid February. I was certain that I gained 15 pounds from being so unhealthy but it looks like I gained about 8. I am still under 150 and that makes me happy! And now I am aware of what I am just to see what I will lose from eating healthy for a few weeks, I’m excited!
